The DeepCool EX750 5g high-performance thermal paste is designed to have a very low thermal resistance for effective heat dissipation under any conditions. When used with high-performance CPU and GPU (desktop/laptop) components, DeepCool EX750 5g’s incredibly low thermal resistance increases heat transmission and dissipation. To fill in every microchannel between surfaces and facilitate application, smooth consistency is necessary for good heat conductivity. EX750 5g Thermal Paste is operable between -50°C and 250°C. The thermal conductivity of this substance is 6.2 W/mK. There is a 0.03°C/cm2/W thermal impedance. The DeepCool EX750 5g Thermal Paste has no warranty.
